These terms cover this website, buildos.studio, and its waitlist. They are run by Oasis Studios (a trade name of Cali #1 Roofing), California, USA. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. They are short because the site does one thing.
What the site is
A description of BuildOS, a product Oasis Studios is building for builders, and a form to join the waitlist for it. The site does not give you access to BuildOS, does not create an account, and does not take payment.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.
- A place on the waitlist is not an offer, a reservation, a licence, or a guarantee that you will be invited, or that BuildOS will launch, or that it will have any particular feature described on this site.
- We may invite people in any order we choose, and we may close the waitlist at any time.
- We will email you once when a spot opens. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@buildos.studio.
- Pricing, if any, is shown with your invitation, before you decide anything.
Your part
Give us an email address you control. Do not submit someone else’s address, and do not use automated tools against the form. We may remove entries that break these rules.
Your data
What we collect and how to have it deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Our content
BuildOS, the BuildOS wordmark, Oasis Studios and the material on this site belong to Oasis Studios. You may link to this site. Please do not copy the wordmark or present the material as your own.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. Descriptions of BuildOS are of a product under development and may change. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Oasis Studios is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of California.
Changes
If we change these terms, the effective date at the top changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
